I want to know how to contact natures promise myself. I just bought and then went to cook tonight their chicken breast. When I opened the package and dumped onto the tray dirt and a lint ball with dirt that was hidden under the chicken came out. I returned to stop and shop and got new one and a $10 gift card for bringing back! Did they really think I wouldn't? I am still disgusted and wondering if another recourse besides stop and shop filing complaint. Seems like an investigation and I want to talk to someone myself where was packaged. I have photos.
You revived a huge thread to complain about some store-brand chicken? You complained to the store and got your money back plus a gift card. What else do you want? A settlement check? Sometimes food is packaged improperly. I'm sorry the lint ball disgusted you. Nature's Promise is not a company. It is the store brand product of Giant Food (in MD, VA, DE, DC) and Stop & Shop everywhere else. You complained to the store. Your job is done unless you want to file a lawsuit.
