This.  I'm not denying the existence of cheaters, and if they are MD residents I hope they get caught and get sued "to the pain" (The Princess Bride).

That said, I don't care too much about boundary cheaters (I know the stroller pushers in AU Park are foaming at the mouth over it, but that's their personal real estate problem and not a theft of services from DC taxpayers).  [b]I also think if the documentation burden gets much more annoying,[/b] I'd like an option for a school administrator to show up at my house, observe the children they've known for the past 7 years, recognize their clothing and toys all over the floor, including the detritus of class photos and "portfolios" going back over the years, and acknowledge that yes, this is in fact still our real address.
