TIA.[/quote] You can absolutely tell a dog's disposition if they are rescue. In fact, if they are being fostered, you pretty much know what you are getting. A rescue v. breeder is a wash in terms of health problems. I know rescues with health problems (my own) and "purebred" dogs with problems (hip dysplasia, respiratory issues, etc.) [/quote]
