I've been part of this education scene longer than you have, and I know how it works.  There WILL be free seats in some schools.  If you don't want them, fine - don't take them.  Pay for something closer.  Until a few years ago, entitled asses such as yourself hadn't yet decided that the world owed them free childcare from birth until college (and how long before you want that for free, too?).  (Actually, you had decided you were entitled to everything you ever wanted, you just hadn't gotten to check off that box, yet.)
