The volume of kids alone suggests otherwise.  Barracks Row is on a major transit hub and attracts commuters from all parts of town and serves as a spoke between N/S and EoTR travel.

It's not even clear that Eastern kids are responsible, but hey - lets grab the pitchforks and head to the projects just in case![/quote]
