I read early on that his own father discouraged/stopped him from a promising kickboxing type hobby.  Does anyone know more about this or why he would do that?  It seems to go against all advice I've ever heard with a long-term depressed young person. You are supposed to encourage sport and social activities I would think.[/quote]
