What does the law say about that?[/quote] Intent doesn't matter in Maryland. Doesn't have to be for revenge. Consent of the nude person in the pic is what matters. Intent is hard to prove in court. Consent is easier. "Revenge porn" is a catch-all term for similar statutes.[/quote]
