Yes, I agree her relationships have been fucked up from high school. But generally, as we get older we straighten out and get honest with ourselves about our flaws and work to improve ourselves. The Couples Therapy season with her was most enjoyable to me.

This is kind of an aside, but something that sticks out to me that Farrah does with Sophia is begging Sophia to verbalize her love all the time. "I'm going to New York. Are you going to miss me? Tell me how much you're going to miss me." Sorry, but when I'm about to travel away from my DD, the talk is always about "I'm going to New York, but you'll have tons of fun with Grandpa and I'll be back in two days. Then we'll go to your tumbling class on Saturday together!" I don't aim to pull out sad emotions in my child to fuel my narcissism. That's disgusting.[/quote]
