And just for the judgmental extremist parents living in another world, the reasons why I prefer this solution is that instead of sending him to aftercare, he would be at home with my husband who leaves work at 3.45 (we live 5 mins from his office). If my husband would pick him up, he wouldn't reach the after-schoold daycare before 5 PM and probably not be home before 6PM!! so it's stupid. Besides this will last only one year because starting from next year the school has a bus service that drops them in Falls Church.

I would love to find a solution. I heard that there are some carpooling parents but not sure yet who will be in his class for next year.

I have contacted the different agencies mentioned in the thread but no solution yet. I know two cab drivers and one limousine service owner so I will also check with them.
