I think you need to just start doubling or tripling what you think is the "right" amount and then you'll be much closer to what your family really needs to feel full. You also need to understand sides - add a veggie side or two, salad, and bread to every meal (that already includes meat and carbs)!!!![/quote] OP is either a troll or she has eating issues.
