Well, first, you're assuming that they are being "put on display". Maybe the people are dressing for your attention. But maybe they aren't.

I can't, but I do know what the school's dress code is, and it matches what I feel is appropriate.  As OP is asking, please adhere to the policies put in place -- they're there for a reason.  If you disagree with it, find somewhere that fits your beliefs better.[/quote]
