I was 23 when I moved to Virginia and had 6 years of nanny experience at that point. I worked as a nanny in the Hamptons when I was 22 and had 5 years of nanny experience. Also, the kids for the Hamptons family were 5 year old twins so they were older and they really just wanted someone young and active to be able to take the twins to the beach, pool, etc. and just keep up with them.
