So if all those are valid for women in the women's locker room and the transgender woman with male genitalia, then why would it matter for the men in the men's locker room to see the transgender woman? It has to go both ways or the argument is flawed[/quote] Probably the woman didn't go into the men's locker room because 1. she didn't feel safe in the men's locker room. 2. she is a woman. But in any case, you seem to be missing the important distinction between "me" and "you". I can control whether I look at other people's bits. I cannot control whether other people look at my bits.[/quote]
