This happened with my 3.5 year old today, after receiving shot - started immediately and got worse throughout the day - small, mosquito bite-looking bumps that spread all across his body - from the site of shot to his chest, face, legs and then feet. Has anyone experienced this before?
I work in a large medical center where H1N1 immunization was mandatory. I have been experiencing worsening hives since this immunization. I did develop several hives following the seasonal vaccine, but since the H1N1 immunization I have what seems to be chronic hives. Initially I thought it was an egg allergy, but now am unsure of that as I am avoiding any contact with eggs. I do know that with accidental contact to eggs they escalate.
