I kind of see the OP's point.  Where the earlier you are in life, the bigger the differences are in ages depending where you are in life.

But as someone else pointed out and it became really evident about it later, the OP has a really bad attitude about this.  And is the reason why a lot of people are getting on her case.

Sure. I can see the OP being unnecessarily hateful. In our group, its interesting that its the guys who think its really weird and are beginning to shun him and not invite him to our gatherings. The running joke is that he is at a college party somewhere. Us girls are mildly amused and chalk it up to his immaturity. The 25 year old in question wouldn't be able to stand a normal conversation with a 25-27 year old woman so I can see why a 19 year old seems appealing. And it helps that she is really hot too. Yep, 27 year old woman here.  You bring up a good point. I think for many men, it's not about a younger woman being hotter, because women in their early to mid 20s are pretty much at the peak by any standard.  But they're easier to talk to and way less intimidating, which an insecure guy will gravitate to.  Younger girls, especially a 19 year old, will put up with a lot more BS, feign more interest in boring conversation and all that, then a 25 year old.  That's for sure.[/quote]

Absolutely. A lot of guys are really scared and nervous around women. A younger girl is a lot less intimidating than a demanding 25-27 year old. I don't think her much younger age has much to do with his attraction then the fact that he feels more comfy with her.[/quote]
