The $4000 fixture won't affect the basement toiket because it leads to sewer directly. Ugh. I am covering up the basement hole for now until we can figure this out. Someone said pour rat poison down toilets to get to them? I don't like the idea of killing all of these rats. Just want them to go away![/quote]
