Awww, really? I thought she looked perfectly nice, and very happy! she is not nearly as pretty as Kate Middleton, but unlike KM, she wasn't picked at least partially for her looks. I don't think she should have to hide and sneak out of back exit just because she's not movie-star  pretty right after having given birth. For heaven sake's.
