You must not know much about Kinsey's research and the controversy surrounding it. Do scientists normally have sex with their subjects? He was a zoologist-he is a world expert in gall wasps. This study is from 1948. Women's attitudes towards sex and sexual enjoyment have dramatically changed since 1948.[/quote]

Kinsey looks accurate to me.  DH here, two kids in 3, 7. Sex a few times a month, somewhere between 2-6, so we are "average" although it sucks.  My informal poll of my married male friends put them in the same camp - sex once a week or less, not terribly happy about it.  I do know a few men whose wives regained their libido in their early 40s when the kids got older, and I suspect those are the ones who are writing in here in the 3-4 times per week camp.  Good for you ladies, you know how to keep a man happy!![/quote]
