Why don't you humor your audience with a simple answer to a simple question:

How exactly are conversions to Islam recorded and reported?

What is the centralized reporting system for Muslim conversion in each country? For instance, who or what agency in the U.S. would collect or have the information on how many people nationwide converted in a given reporting period?[/quote]
