I do not think wishes actually effect reality.   Evidently you are less indifferent than you claim, as you can't let this go. I do admit that I care - entitled folks holding themselves above the law like this annoys me.  More than it shouuld perhaps, but it does.

Something is bothering you too, I see. I think you are more conflicted about your scofflaw behavior than you claim.
