OP again. No, I mentioned being civic minded before. We have evolved to get along. Since it is hard for humans to live outside of a group, we have come to understand that we have to get along with each other. So being a sociopath does not work. No one will trust you and you will be kicked out of the group quickly (maybe jail). Most of the time, humans don't alienate others who kill animals, unless they do it for fun. In those situations, it is taken case by case. Hunting for "fun" is accepted. Killing bison by the thousands would be odd, and we would worry that the individual will eventually turn on us....[/quote]
