I'm the poster whose mom died of a brain tumor and her first signs were paranoia in similar ways to what OP is describing. I'm not saying I DON'T believe OP, I'm just saying I think getting checked out (especially if she was exposes to carbon monoxide) is a good idea before she lets this consume her. [/quote]
