It was Alfred. He felt he "morally" couldn't stay quiet since it was a sin (and maybe also at the goading of O'Brien?). This after he walked in on Thomas trying to get into bed with Jimmy (blonde guy) when he was asleep.[/quote]

When Lord G found out about Thomas he indicated that it was nbd.  He had seen lots of homosexual behavior when he was away at school.[/quote]
