It can happen anywhere.  VA Tech isn't cursed. It isn't about race. It's about mental health.  You folks just don't pay attention anything that happens outside the DC bubble.

A kid from Chicago with serious mental health issues beat a fellow student from Chicago t to death at Knox College about 10 years ago.

A former student at Northern Illinois University shoot 17 students, killing 6, in 2008. He had serious mental health issues.  Most of the dead and injured were from Chicago, as was the shooter.
