White folks have been doing this for decades.  When I'm interviewing with a white person I already know my chances of getting the job are slim and I'm usually right.  I've been told I do a great job at interviewing, have tons of useful skills and am highly educated but in my experience whites want to hire their own hence why Affirmative Action is a necessity.

Back when it was easier to get folks in that you know, I worked in a division at one agency, where out of maybe 200 people there were only 3 or 4 minorities because it was just white folks hiring in their friends and family.   My white female boss along with her husband and neighbors all worked in the same division.[/quote]
