Hi, I'm the poster. I tried to find a picture before I posted, but couldn't. I think I bought it at Target. 
I think it was advertised as a spice rack, but it's about the size of the door. It is not hooked over the door, just screwed in at top and bottom. Something like 
this (but mine doesn't have adjustable shelves, but that might be better):
