Good Luck![/quote] From what I understand, the people who do my job at the OCC have it cushier than myself (less work/stress, better hours, everyone leaves at 5pm on the dot, higher pay, comparable benefits). And, to be honest, I have it pretty damn good ($100K, amazing benefits, alternate work schedule (every other Friday off), and 20 days PTO). Recently, people from my organization have been defecting to the OCC. Also, apparently the OCC's new building is SUPER NICE and the move has changed the work mentality within the organization. The only reason I would go private sector is to make more money. I'd only leave if I could get $175-200K to compensate for the higher stress and longer hours. My current job is very chill the majority of the year.[/quote]
