It's not like working in PR is akin to working for Kitten Killers of America or something; there's plenty of decent or at worst, completely neutral firms who need someone to promote their goods or services. There's no shame in it. Is it only journalists who go through these mental contortions about "principles" when it comes to simply trying to earn a decent wage?
