That's one definition but not the only one.  
Medical researchers estimate that 80 percent or more of babies now prenatally diagnosed with Down syndrome are aborted. Interesting that Kaiser submitted data to the study AND that you view a mother's personal decision as "not the only" definition of eugenics. Because if there is any one thing that is scaring the crap out of parents who have to make this decision, it is the cost of lifetime care for a special needs child when the family is in a crappy managed-care system like Kaiser. So who exactly is the systemic cause of eugenics again?[/quote]
