Which is ripe with fraud. Plus Big 4 has super huge amount of vacation I worked there I had six weeks vacation, plus 10 holidays. Then they added paternity leave which was crazy.

+1  PP seems to think his family had no choices.  They made choices to have a parent SAH full time.  To have one parent not take the leave allocated by his company.   And now he wants to think that there's tons of fraud in parental leave with parents faking caring for babies (or maybe faking having babies.)
