The lawsuit will be based in part on the process and whether MCPS complied with its own policies and Maryland laws/regulations. MCPS must be in compliance or its vote will be reversed. MCPS will then have to do everything again. You might think this lawsuit is a waste of time and money, but process matters.[/quote]
