Same in Ashburn. Several times I have seen 2 kids riding down Claiborne near a major intersection popping a wheelie in the middle of the road. One very bad mom went to one of our local parent/mom pages to complain about some woman who hit her innocent babe on his ebike. She wanted the horde to swarm that woman but we all knew the truth.
