The international players are 23 yr old freshman who have 5 years of maturity, physicailly and otherwise, plus 5 years of intenational academy play, on 17 yr old American boys who are trying to get recruited to their own state universities out of high school. That is a tall order in sports - for an adolescent to compete on merits and "get better" than a man several years older with actual professional experience. These boys and parents have a right to feel disheartened. 10 years ago that talented 17 yr old could easily get recruited and now many can't. [/quote] What are you talking about.
