When the kids are in school, they are under the care and protection of MCPS. In loco parentis. Look it up.[/quote] If they leave school grounds they are no longer under MCPS care. Even if they are at school it doesn't relieve you of parenting. This is why kids do this. They know they can and no consequences at home.[/quote]
