So it goes back to knowing the expected/realistic outcomes. While 100% may not be possible, we can absolutely do better that 80%, GMAFB. And we are just talking about White students. Math proficiency rates for Black students are in free fall. No, it's not because they are all poor - the median income for households with Black householders is $91k. How is there not more outrage about this?[/quote]
