I have friends that when their kids were younger, went to Disney every year. Alternated between cruise and resort. Apparently spent upwards of 10K per trip. Personally, not my cup of tea. Hate being stuck on a ship, and glorified, overcrowded theme park is the stuff of nightmares. I always wished them a good time, and listened to the stories of their good times when they returned. Being civil is not hard.
. I would judge people going many times. Once or twice when kids are small - no big deal if that’s your thing
What’s your vacation? I’m sure we can find a way to judge so let’s have it.
Lol I bet they exclusively camp and drag their kids into museums. I bet their kids hate vacationing with their parents and are counting the days until they launch and can have some fun.
I think it’s good to do all of these types of things, but agree that there are some parents who are more focused on how cool or fancy they look and will drag their kids all over when sometimes with the family would enjoy more is a few days in an amusement park that is kid centered. My teen loves museums and walking around cities, but he also enjoys a few days at universal or Disney and we do both things
