If DC doesn't have jurisdiction (though it does), it sort of begs the question of why Bowser didn't warn the public that Trump was ignoring every environmental regulation on the books with the destruction of the East Wing. Asbestos fibers are microscopic, odorless and tasteless. You breathe them in without realizing it. There's no such thing as a safe level of exposure. You won't know you've been exposed until you get sick. They cause cancer. [/quote]
