DP.  Some things top of mind.  [b]Reputation in major, internship/research opportunities, alumni network[/b].   These are more important factors post graduation that racial/ethnic makeup of the student body.

Ironically, these are highly correlated with how diverse the school is.  Not sure if there is any causation.
