For the snow/ice left on the sidewalk it's very simple - they send someone in code enforcement out and when they see the snow/ice on the sidewalk, they issue a citation.  What more evidence is needed - nobody is going to court over this.  For leaf blowers, it's different since the action is ephemeral but a note is left that it's was reported with a reminder of the ordinance and a county number to call to discuss.

The point is, a report can be made anonymously in MoCo.

It’s NOT anonymous. It requires a video clip to be submitted. That video, besides being a public record subject to FOIA, also includes metadata in the clip information. Not too mention being a pretty good clue as to who took the video, since they’re probably shooting it from their own property in the first place, so it’s pretty easy to identify the source of the complaint.

Y’all fascinate me. You go to “no kings” protests and Pat yourselves on the back and act like you’re saving freedom itself, and then you act like little tyrants in your own communities, turning in your neighbors for the wrong kind of leaf blower.
