It's clearly called WAGS Rael Vodicka Tournament.  All teams are in the middle of their fall league season U14 and under.  Older age groups are either in league season or in HS season.  Either way, this isn't a normal showcase time of year, so I'm not sure why that would be the expectation.  That's the reason why you don't see many top teams in the older brackets.  U14 and under is strong though.  For those in the know, ECNL in all of their money grabbing glory started hosting a showcase for U12-U14 during the same weekend.  Only VDA is missing from this tournament locally.  I believe Bethesda was in last year as well.  Teams like PDA, Delco, Ukies, Maryland United, and the likes would join if they weren't traveling all the way to Wilmington to play friendlies.[/quote]
