What skewed the narrative is people thinking this is a RDS is a realistic route into academy. It may be for the younger ages if the kids have not been exposed to proper training. Most top kids in the U11-U13 ranges are already playing 6 days a week in some sort of fashion whether in their clubs, supplemental trainers or just pickup.[/quote]
