Many parents at our school are already relying on morning care, so PPs are absolutely correct that the majority of the class will still get too tired at the same time because the kids are still being dropped off at before care at 7-8am whether school starts at 9:15 or 9:45. Even kids not at before care may still be negatively impacted. Many younger children are naturally early risers. [/quote]
