All the stories I have read on this issue are basically uncritical summaries of allegations made in a plaintiff’s lawsuit complaint, hardly an unbiased primary source; the fact that the LLM companies have become the moral enemy of large media outlets, of course, has nothing to do with the tenor of their coverage I am sure.
