Dear SYC Soccer Families,

This is an important update regarding the upcoming SYC Annual Meeting, which will include the election for the SYC Board of Directors. We are pleased to announce that a total of six individuals from our SYC soccer community have stepped forward as candidates.

With a total of 14 candidates from different sports running for only 5 open positions, it is crucial that our soccer community participates in this election. Having dedicated soccer parents on the board is essential for ensuring our program's voice is heard in decisions regarding club resources ect.

We strongly encourage you to support the following individuals by casting your vote this Friday.

Important Voting Information
Your vote is critical to the future of our Soccer program. Please note the following details for casting your ballot:
When: Voting will take place for a strict 15-minute window from 8:00 PM to 8:15 PM this Friday, August 23rd.

How: An email with a personalized voting link will be sent to the administrator of each current family account on or about August 19th. To ensure your vote is counted, please be prepared to cast your ballot during this brief timeframe.
