Yes, countries with intelligence apparatus, they can have reporting that an attack of some sort can occur, doesn't mean they can prevent attack in every instance.

Hamas is govt of Gaza. Israel treat Hamas like leaders of a govt till it committed the betrayal of a terrorist attack on 10/7.

Hence the war that started the day after. Which isn't going to stop because keyboard warriors are just so so mad![/quote]
