Gut out the CO. Those fat paychecks what the F are they for? Did they solve safety issues inside schools? You can't even make an emergency call from some of the schools! What did you do to change this documented problem? Did you bring teachers copier paper? No $ should have been spent for renovations at Gude, or time wasted on making videos or swag when a fundamental and required part of the hiring process was not happening! They don't even have a process to handle mailings that is typical of a central unit - why cant they get mcap reports out within a month of receiving it from the state? The Central office needs a F cell phone policy! Get off your screens and work. File nails at home and spend less time gossiping.[/quote]

Didn't Taylor make top staff reapply for their jobs last year? Wasn't that supposed to be a gutting? And yet, he seems to have held onto some people that are still running things the same old way.[/quote]

He did hire a new head of HR, who just started this summer. It may be her arrival which led to this new awareness of the many problems.[/quote]
