Agreed. Why can’t California follow the example of the following red states that allow children as young as 12 (or younger with parental consent) to work on farms with few restrictions?

It is just incredible that you cannot admit that this was a lawful, and productive, law enforcement operation. 
And, nobody killed the man.  He fell all by himself.  Maybe he shouldn't have been trying to evade law enforcement.

Three senior federal officials tell me that DHS has a criminal judicial search warrant signed off on by a federal judge for 8 USC 1324, harboring of illegal aliens.
