I read somewhere (I think.Could be misremembering) that he was valedictorian at Collegiate.

Look the kid is obviously smart enough. I don't know why you doubt that? He's smart enough and with all his other life assets (again...good education, connections, money), he could be doing a lot more than making cringey Instagram videos.
