It wasn't climate change warming whatever you kind called it this is a river. It is flooding. Don't be stupid. There's no hurricane is suspect about climate. Flooding is caused by excessive rain, ie. Storms. Kind of like the progressively stronger and more dangerous storms climate scientists have been warning us about for decades now.
