Is there wood shop at this school?
No. But actually an interesting question. I still benefit from many of the things I learned in an 8th grade wood and metal shop class in a NJ Public School system. I understand clamps, dowels, dovetail joints and how to solder copper joints. These skills are valuable around the house. I'm unaware of any of these schools provide that sort of useful education and instead focus on comparing and contrasting Athens and Sparta.
Yea. I look back fondly on wood shop in middle school. It was very useful. Also, home ec was useful. Cooking, sewing. Spanish... Ended up being very useless. You'd think an all boys school would have a wood shop. Not that a woman can't operate a table saw, but you know what I mean. I guess they care more about Athens, Sparta and Lacrosse.
